Rinse before first use and after every use — the open-ended design lets you run warm water straight through.

Wash with mild unscented soap or a dedicated silicone-safe toy cleaner. For a deep clean, immerse in boiling water for three minutes, then air-dry fully inside the storage case before sealing.

Use only water-based lubricants — silicone-based lubricants damage the silicone surface. Inspect for any tears or damage before each use. Store inside the supplied case, away from other silicone products.

Free UK delivery on all orders. Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri — typically 2-3 day delivery, dispatched within one working day of order. Tracked international shipping available at checkout.

Every order arrives in a plain outer box. No branding, no logos, no clues. The sender shown on the label is "Peachy Limited". Nobody but you needs to know.

Because of the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on sealed, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Once a product has been opened we can't take it back — but it's covered for two years by our guarantee against any defect.

Every Peachy product is covered by our two-year guarantee from the date of purchase. If anything fails through a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll replace it free of charge. No receipts to keep, no forms to fill — we look it up against your order.

The guarantee doesn't cover wear from misuse, accidental damage, or use of incompatible lubricants (always water-based — see Care & Cleaning).
