We work hard to get your Peachy goodies to you quickly, safely, and discreetly. Here’s everything you need to know about how shipping works.


🍑 Order Processing

We process all orders within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be packed and sent on the next working day. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Right now, we ship within the United Kingdom only.


🚚 Shipping Methods

Depending on your order and fulfilment location, your parcel will be delivered by one of our trusted partners:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

  • Amazon Logistics

The carrier may vary, but the care we take with your order never does.


💌 Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–3 business days

  • Express UK Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, busy periods, or things outside our control.


🤫 Discreet Packaging (Always)

Your privacy matters to us.

All Peachy orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging, with no mention of Peachy or product contents on the outside. What’s inside stays just between you and your parcel.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
If tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking details too.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


⏰ Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

If something doesn’t arrive as expected, or your order arrives damaged, don’t worry — just email us at info@peachy.toys with your order number and we’ll help where we can.

While courier delays are outside our control, we’ll always do our best to support you.


🏡 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.

If an order is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may need to charge additional postage to resend it if it’s returned to us.
